We are very proud to report that Id 11 has obtained SGBIM certification, which attests to how our organization. and is able to properly and competently manage its activities with BIM methodology.
The important recognition obtained means, to date, a further milestone in the internal journey of innovation, digitization and implementation of BIM technology and for the future a starting point for new applications in the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) sector.
For us, it is also a confirmation of the company’s commitment to invest in those technologies that lead to a digitized process of planning, design, construction, maintenance and eventual management of the disposal of the real estate asset.
What SGBIM certification means
BIM, as is well known, represents a process first and foremost, but also a new way of communicating that applies to the entire life cycle of a construction and allows for the organic collection of a highly articulated set of information and data related to its identity characteristics. It is a process, a method, a model that considers our specific skills certified in the field of BIM methodology, and it affects each of us with our specific role.
SGBIM certification represents the ability of our corporate management system to assure each of its performers of the Maximum efficiency within the digitized process, ensuring customers and stakeholders the application of a responsible and sustainable approach to project management and the assurance of providing high-quality services, especially optimizing time and cost.
Specifically, the certification attests that our management system complies with the UNI/PdR 74:2019 reference practice.
The certification was issued by ICMQ, Certification body accredited by the national Accredia as a guarantee of impartiality, independence and fairness, which has developed, from its own technical reference specification and in collaboration with key industry stakeholders, a certification scheme based on the Practice Reference 74:2019 “BIM Management System- Requirements,” published by Uni in December 2019.
